Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of FiveWatch (the "Service") — the web panel at five.watch and the FiveM resource we provide. By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. What FiveWatch does

FiveWatch lets an authorised server operator view the in-game view of players connected to a FiveM server they control, from a web browser, and record short clips of that view locally. The Service captures the game's rendered view only — it does not capture a player's desktop, other applications, or anything outside the game.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
• You may only link a FiveM server that you own or are authorised to administer.
• You are responsible for everyone you grant access to ("staff"), and for what they do with it.

3. Your responsibilities — player disclosure

You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and your players, including any recording, privacy, or consent laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use FiveWatch to harass, stalk, or target individuals, or for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• All purchases are made through Tebex, our authorised reseller. Tebex's own terms apply to the transaction.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through Tebex.
• Access is granted while your subscription is active. When a subscription lapses or is cancelled, access ends — for you and for every staff member on your server.
• Refunds are handled under our refund policy and Tebex's policies. Chargebacks may result in immediate termination.

5. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and the provided resource for the duration of your subscription. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the resource or your server key;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass access controls or licensing;
• Use the Service to access a server you are not authorised to administer;
• Attack, overload, or interfere with our infrastructure.

6. Recordings

Clips you record are generated in your own browser and saved directly to your device. We do not store video or audio of your players on our servers. Any recording you save is yours to control — and yours to handle responsibly and lawfully.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Planned maintenance may cause downtime.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these terms, if we're required to by law, or if your use threatens the integrity of the Service or the safety of others. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Not affiliated with Rockstar or Cfx.re

FiveWatch is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re (FiveM). All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
